We recently completed our new home with Grantham Builders, and we could not be more pleased with the experience and the outcome. Eric Grantham was wonderful to work with, and Nathan Herriott, who was our daily point of contact, was exceptional throughout the entire process. Nathan was detail-oriented, professional, and always kept us informed with helpful updates. He was easy to communicate with, quick to respond to questions, and genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy every step of the way. That level of care and communication made such a difference during the building process. Erik and Nathan did a phenomenal job on my new home. They walked me step by step through a process I knew nothing about. I never had to worry about what was going on because they kept in contact with me regularly throughout. Nathan answered and returned calls quickly and answered all my questions. We have been searching for a responsive and reliable contractor for nearly a year and came across Grantham Builders. Since the first visit Eric and Nathan have responded to messages and calls and promptly returned any missed calls in a timely fashion. The crews they brought in to construct our second story addition were very impressive and quick with their work. Erik, Nathan, and their subs did a great job on our addition. The project was abnormal in the fact that we build a basement right next to our crawlspace house, and many contractors wouldn’t have wanted to mess with it. Grantham builders were amazing to work with and made adding onto our house a breeze! I cannot recommend them enough for all of the ways they went above and beyond for us while they were working on our house. If you’re looking for quality work from someone who truly cares look no further! There are a few before and after pictures as well!
