We were initially referred to this client by her realtor, and she did her homework by asking others about us. I believe she chose us because of our strong communication from the start, as I was able to answer all of her questions clearly. She had no prior experience with building a home, so she needed a team she could trust to guide her through the entire process.
From reviewing her original plans to modifying them to fit within her budget, I was there to offer transparent advice. It was a bit of a journey at first, as her initial plans didn’t align with the budget. I helped her understand the adjustments needed, and we had the plans redone accordingly.
She had a clear vision of the style she wanted, and she was very hands-on in selecting colors and finishes. We were there every step of the way to ensure her questions were answered, her concerns addressed, and that everything stayed on track from the initial conversation to move-in.”
