After construction, it’s normal for a home to settle. Small cosmetic issues can show up over time, and we stand behind our work to make sure those are handled.
Our warranty covers common items like:
- Caulking cracks around trim, cabinets, and joints
- Nail pops in drywall
- Minor drywall imperfections
- Touch-up paint where needed
- Trim adjustments or minor separation
These are a normal part of how materials adjust to temperature, humidity, and natural settling over time.
