Eric Grantham was wonderful to work with, and Nathan Herriott, who was our daily point of contact, was exceptional throughout the entire process. Nathan was detail-oriented, professional, and always kept us informed with helpful updates. He was easy to communicate with, quick to respond to questions, and genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy every step of the way. That level of care and communication made such a difference during the building process. I never had to worry about what was going on because they kept in contact with me regularly throughout. Nathan answered and returned calls quickly and answered all my questions. Since the first visit Eric and Nathan have responded to messages and calls and promptly returned any missed calls in a timely fashion. The crews they brought in to construct our second story addition were very impressive and quick with their work. The project was abnormal in the fact that we build a basement right next to our crawlspace house, and many contractors wouldn’t have wanted to mess with it.
